"서운하지만 서운하지 않아"(이하 "서비스")는 두 사람이 연결해서 쓰는 커플 앱이에요. 운영자 에이아이(AI)특별시는 아동 성적 학대·착취(CSAE, CSAM 포함)에 무관용 원칙으로 대응합니다.

1. 금지하는 것

• 아동 성적 학대·착취와 관련된 모든 콘텐츠(채팅, 사진, 쪽지 등)와 행위를 금지합니다.
• 미성년자에게 성적으로 접근하거나 유인하는 행위(그루밍 포함)를 금지합니다.
• 이런 내용을 발견하거나 알게 되면 즉시 조치하며 예외를 두지 않습니다.

2. 연령 제한

서비스는 만 14세 미만은 가입할 수 없어요. 가입할 때 만 14세 이상임을 필수 체크로 확인합니다(이용약관 참고). 만 14세 미만임을 알게 되면 해당 계정과 정보를 지체 없이 삭제합니다.

3. 신고하는 방법

• 앱 안에서: 앱의 설정 > 안전 > 안전과 도움 · 신고에서 상대를 신고할 수 있어요. 신고는 운영팀만 확인하고 상대에게는 알려지지 않아요.
• 이메일로: rlackswn2000@gmail.com으로 알려 주세요. 앱을 쓰지 않는 분도 신고할 수 있어요.

4. 신고를 받으면

• 운영팀이 신고 내용을 검토하고, 확인되면 해당 콘텐츠를 삭제하고 계정을 정지하거나 삭제합니다.
• 아동 성적 학대·착취 콘텐츠를 확인하면 관련 법령에 따라 수사기관(경찰청 등)과 방송통신심의위원회 등 관할 기관에 신고하고 수사에 협조합니다.
• 긴급하거나 위험한 상황은 앱 안의 안전과 도움 화면에 있는 경찰(112)·상담 전화로 바로 연락할 수 있어요.

Child Safety Standards (English summary)

"Seoun" (서운하지만 서운하지 않아) is a private two-person couples app operated by AI Special City (에이아이(AI)특별시). Effective 2026-10-16.

• Zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), including CSAM. Such content and behavior, including grooming, are prohibited.
• Age requirement: users under 14 cannot sign up. Age 14+ is confirmed with a required checkbox at sign-up, and accounts found to belong to under-14 users are deleted.
• Reporting: in the app, go to Settings > Safety > Safety and help / Report. You can also email rlackswn2000@gmail.com. Reports are seen only by our team and are not shown to the reported user.
• Enforcement: we review reports, remove violating content, and suspend or delete accounts. Confirmed CSAE content is reported to the competent authorities (e.g., the Korean National Police Agency and the Korea Communications Standards Commission) as required by law, and we cooperate with investigations.
